Reviewer’s Thoughts:
I have to begin by saying that the idea of this story was so unique and intriguing, that it was nearly impossible for me to put down. From the very start, the author throws you in to this incredible world full of vampires, witches, weres, fairies… a paranormal genre lover’s dream. Throw in a ploy to end a human trafficking ring and a little romance, and voila, you’ve got yourself one heck of an interesting read!
The characters that are introduced, Devan and Kent, are written with exceptional detail and thought, and it’s truly a delight to witness their growth together and individually throughout the book. The secondary characters are also wonderfully written, adding even more depth to the story.
I loved the author’s ability to build a beautiful picture with words, so much so that you’re able to lose yourself in the world. If you’re looking for a fast paced, thrilling and fun paranormal book to sink your fangs into, do yourself a favor and pick this one up!
