Reviewer’s Thoughts:
Blue Knight was book three in the series. Β I read the previous book Black Heart, and it really helped me to understand book 3. Β I would recommend that anyone considering purchasing this book also purchase books 1 and 2. Β There are some context and setting details that are left out of the books because they are meant to be read as a series. Β I didn’t read book 1, and I found it difficult to keep up with the characters and storyline.
Blue Knight featured two people with a past that made them closed to love and commitment. Β They find each other in a hostage situation and love shows up in the most unexpected places. Β They begin an affair that is hot and heavy. Β The heroine is a very strong woman with great courage and determination to protect her man and those around her. Β Her lover lets go of his inhibitions and embraces her love while trying to protect her from herself and those that would harm her. Β This was a thrill ride from start to finish. Β The plot moves along at a good pace with plenty of unexpected events filled with suspense. Β I couldn’t put the book down. Β I stayed up till the early morning hours to finish it. Β If you enjoy romantic suspense mark this series as a must have Tracy Cooper-Posey has outdone herself on this series.
