Reviewer’s Thoughts

Wow! This was a very intense book. This series, and the three main characters themselves, touch on a lot of dark and someone disturbing themes. Of the three best friends, I think Ash is the scariest of them all. He is not the happy, fun-loving guy that I’ve seen in the previous books. He is darkly intense, obsessively controlling, and terrifying at times.

My favorite part of the book was the girls’ night out! I loved the camaraderie and the girl power and the acceptance of newcomers into their fold. It was totally hilarious! I really liked Josie’s character. She is strong, creative, and independent and quickly becomes Ash’s obsession. The sex scenes were pretty lengthy and very intense with the dominant/submissive roles.

As Ash and Josie continue to work on their very fragile relationship, old ghosts come back to haunt the guys and their women. I did not see this one coming. And what happens to rectify the situation…WOW! I can say no more! Read the book!
