17283064Two polar opposites—she’s kinky, he’s uptight—discover they share a taboo desire that may destroy both their futures.

Firefighter Dani Harris has always wanted a family, but doesn’t think it’s possible because of her demanding, high-stakes career. Her sex life is as high-adrenaline as her job, and that’s just one more thing that makes her unsuitable to be a wife and mother. Her secret kink—exhibitionism—has gotten in the way of more than one relationship. Will she ever find a man who not only shares her wild fantasies, but loves her for them?

Burdened with ensuring the success of the struggling family business, William Caldwell IV needs a wife suited for a CEO—one with money and connections, who can manage his busy social life and raise their 2.5 children. He’s got everything all mapped out, but when he meets Dani, a woman who’s nothing but every kind of wrong, she taps into desires he’s only half-recognized and long-suppressed. Suddenly his carefully crafted five-year plan feels as confining as a straightjacket.

As Dani and Will’s sexual experimentation escalates, they test the limits of polite society by baring all and risking exposure—an exposure that could cost them their reputations and careers.

Reviewer’s Thoughts

I love firefighters, and I really love stories with firefighters in them. I adored that in a twist, the hot firefighter in this story was Dani Harris, the heroine. Dani is also Search and Rescue so she comes along with her dog, Coco, so when she needs to stay at William Caldwell’s condo a man who professes to not love dogs I was ready for tons of amusement, and I was not disappointed.

Dani is a very sexy woman who knows what she wants sexually and she enjoys being watched. William is looking for a very vanilla woman who looks good on paper but Dani fires his blood. Ms. Cayne can write some delicious sex scenes. Her level of creativity and attention to detail really impressed me and I enjoyed all of the scenes and how they helped move the story forward.

The external struggle of someone working against Dani and William and the risk to their careers that their sex life poses were all interesting aspects to the story. I deeply enjoyed this story and I look forward to reading more stories from Ms. Cayne.

I am a lover of alpha males with dirty mouths, strong heroines putting alpha males in their place, and the Chicago Blackhawks. I'm a proud hockey mom who can often be found at the hockey rink cheering on my favorite forward, with my kindle close by.
