Reviewer’s Thoughts

This romance by Celeste Bradley was wonderfully written.Β  I enjoyed her writing style, her characters and the story itself.Β  She just has an innate ability to make the story come to life right before your eyes.Β  The pacing is always superb, making it almost impossible to put the book down.Β  Her character development makes the players in the story seem so real; they could be your friends or your neighbors.Β  The humor, wit and charm that she pours into her writing warms the chemistry between the characters setting fire to the intimacy and romance that transpire.Β  And, while historical romance has it’s eroticism, this book takes the cake with an incredibly steamy moment.

I loved the accidental love triangle between Miranda, Cas and Poll.Β  With Miranda’s new take on life, she’s a breath of fresh air.Β  And the two twins are sinfully delicious.Β  Their heated competition to win Miranda’s heart shows their true nature, and in the end, the best man really does win.Β  My favorite character in the story, however, was the twins’ sister, Attie.Β  Her ruthless manipulation was so entertaining and kept me laughing.

After reading this, I’m eager for the next installment of this great series.Β  A fantastic read!
