Reviewer’s Thoughts
This is the second book in the Madewood Brothers series and Neil Harrison is the oldest of the four brothers. All four were adopted and cooking became an outlet for their frustration with their childhoods and a bond with their adopted mother.
Neil is a hot, sexy, demanding lover with some unresolved issues after his mother’s passing. He is restless and feels caged in, but motorcycle street racing seems to be the perfect outlet.
Carson Kelly is the architect working on Neil’s new restaurant. She is one hot, bad ass chick who is trying to prove to everyone including her father that she has what it takes to be a great architect, but her father seems determined to make her share his company with the man of his choice.
Carson has been where Neil is and knows first hand what can happen while illegally street racing and she doesn’t want that for Neil, so she makes a deal with him. Whenever he feels restless or caged in he just needs to let her know and she will be available for him in anyway he needs, which in essence comes down to some hot and dirty sex scenes.
If your looking for a book that will keep your interest, make you wet from all the hotness, has a great plot and awesome characters than this is the book for you.
If your looking for a book with a great storyline, awesome characters, hot, hot, hot sex scenes, and continues in future books than this is the book for you.
It was a quick, simple, easy read with characters that you’ll fall in love with and you will be able to follow in the next two books. If you haven’t read the first book in the series I highly recommend it.
