“Safe and Coasting With Ecstasy” by Tonya Ramagos wasn’t a bad read. It was a distraction from a tough day around the house, and for that, I’m grateful.
Kimberly lives on a lovely island where menage relationships are not only considered normal, they’re the majority of the population. She’s found her place among the citizens, and she has a job she loves. However, she does feel the need to have a man (or two) to share her life with. Enter Mett and Charlie Doyle. They’re in the Coast Guard, and they’re perfect for her. The guys know it too, but they’re just not sure if sharing her is something that they want.
There is a nice chemestry between Kimberly and both men. Their individual times together are sweet and romantic. They’re also very HOT. The sex is great! The first time that the three of them were together was as I would imagine it to be. The brothers want her, and they know she wants them, but they’re a tad unsure if this is what THEY want. There is also a bit of a mystery going on as well. Kimberly seems to be in danger, and her men want to protect her as best they can.
The whole story felt a little rushed to me. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but I really would have liked to have been able to get to know Kimberly, Charlie, and Mett (especially Mett!) a bit more. Also, this is the second part of a series called “The Heroes of Silver Island”, and I didn’t read the first. There are characters who cross stories, so I found myself a bit confused. Still, I was able to relax a bit and get into the book enough to enjoy it. I’ll definitely be checking out other books by Ms. Ramagos.
