Reviewer’s Thoughts

Hawaii is the perfect setting for love, carnal action and mystery. In Selena Cooper’s narrative Lei Me Down possesses all of the critical elements of a story. It’s an entertaining read with touches of humor, intrigue and sexiness sprinkled throughout the story. Ms. Cooper’s writing style was easy to follow and the dialogue was uncomplicated.

Lei Me Down characters were delightful Luke and Brandy Fontaine are the handsome, loving couple. Both Luke and Brandy are professionals and enjoy a charmed life as newly weds.

The secondary characters also newly weds Julie and Mark Columbus who was rich and well known. Did Julie marry Columbus for the money and had the murder pre-planned? Hmmm for the love of money the things people won’t do for it.

Imagine being on your honeymoon and being caught up in a murder investigation in the hotel room below yours. Hmm, Here is the perfect reason to support “the mind your own business” mindset and not get involved.

Could the incident have anything to do with a possible murder attempt on Luke since he is a wealthy CEO or was this a planned assault to acquire the fortune of a rich man early?

Curious? Read Lei Me Down by Selena Cooper to get your thirst for sensual, fun and mystery all rolled into one quick read. I enjoyed this quickie and I am sure you will as well.

Three stars because I wished it were longer and therefore would have been more developed.
