18142594A successful bestselling author of erotica, Jayne Royale lives her life vicariously through every word she writes in her ‘naughty books’. Desperate for a change of scenery, she plans a trip to her secluded lake house in order to finish off her current book. When she meets the handsome new caretaker of her property, Jayne’s instantly attracted to him.

Keith Barrington hides his secret well. Being bisexual has eaten him up nearly all of his life. When he meets the sexy new bartender at the local watering hole, his otherwise routine life is suddenly shaken up. To make matters more complicated, he’s also attracted to a client who’s everything a man could ever want in a woman.

The new bartender at Lucky’s, Tom Warner has come to Pine Bluff because it’s the perfect place to hide when you want to disappear off the face of the earth, or so he’d initially thought. He never expected to meet both a man and a woman who could stir his heart. He refuses to put their lives in danger because of his stupid past mistakes. But when a hit-man shows up, things become not only complicated, but also extremely dangerous.

It takes only one night to change their lives forever. And when the smoke clears, can love prevail above all?

Reviewer’s Thoughts

I liked this book. I chose it because I enjoy M/M/F menage, and truthfully? I liked the cover. The woman is gorgeous! Lush and curvy, she’s not the typical supermodel type, and she rocks that bra and panty set. I love it when “full figured” women get to be worshipped by two hard bodied hunks. When a man says, “I love your curves”, I get all giggly and giddy πŸ™‚

Jayne is a writer of erotic romance novels. She’s decided to finish up her latest at her cabin in the woods. Keith is the property caretaker. He likes his quiet life. He tries to hide his bisexuality from the people in town, but when he meets Tom, the new bartender at his favorite watering hole (who has some um…pressing issues of his own), he takes a chance on getting to know him a bit better. Through a rather hilarious moment, these three people meet, and some serious sparks start to fly.

The book takes off from there. Not only is there really hot sex, there is action, a mystery, and a teeny bit of violence. Make note, though, that it wasn’t over the top. It fit the story perfectly. It didn’t make me cringe. Instead, it made me wish that there was a little more to it. In fact, I wish that this book would have been a little longer. There was so much that could have been explored further.

This is the first book from Xondra Day that I’ve read. Now, I find myself heading over to her website to check out what else she has to offer. I definitely recommend it.
