When twenty-eight-year-old Rebecca Banks learns that her next physical therapy patient is none other than Sawyer Hayes, she stays professional, but deep down she can’t help but panic. Rebecca Banks is twenty-eight years old physical therapist. She has made a life for herself in the last ten years. She is responsible and practical, so why does she keep picking loser boyfriends. Its apparent that Rebecca has not been happy for awhile, and now that someone from her past is back in her life he will do his best to fix everything for her.
Sawyer Hayes is the fire chief in the small town he lives. He has worked long and hard to get the job he has. So when he is injured in the line of duty, he stumbles upon Rebecca, a woman from his past he has never forgot. Sawyer was very head strong at times but he took caring and worrying about Rebecca seriously.
The chemistry between Rebecca and Sawyer is intense. Its easy to see that Rebecca needs the guidance and domination that Sawyer provides to keep her life on track. The mess Rebecca’s ex gets her into is not just infuriating but also eye opening at how much she overlooked for someone to care about her.
I found this story well written as well as interesting. The main characters and secondary characters are interesting and charming. While the relationship between Rebecca and Sawyer seemed to evolve very quickly, it was realistic considering their past with each other. Overall, this was a great story.
