Review: Nowhere Fast by Taylor Brooks

Reviewer’s Thoughts

I want to thank Taylor Brooks for “Nowhere Fast.” I really enjoyed it. Not only is it a hot, sexy romance between two men, it’s about chasing your dreams and having the courage to grab them when you can.

Craig is in a job he hates. His father is an ass, and his boss is a piece of really nasty work. Thanks to a series of events, none of which are his doing, he finds himself stranded on the side of the road in his broken down rental. He’s hit a new low, and he knows it. Enter Joe (and his charmingly mouthy little sister, Donna).  He tries to help Craig, but Craig is wary by now and wonders if Joe and Donna may just be serial killers taking down strangers in distress.

No more spoilers. Just trust me on this book. It’s a sweet one. Sure the sex scenes are smokin’, but behind that, there is a genuine loving, caring relationship. Joe’s obvious love of his Mother and Donna is refreshing, and the way they all simply accept Craig for who he is is touching. Of course, there is some intense conflict going on with Craig’s family, and that only adds to the excitement.

I would definitely recommend “Nowhere Fast” if you are a fan of sweet Manlove with a message…be yourself and don’t let anyone make you do anything out of a sense of guilt or obligation. Loved it!
