They say men like a lady in the living room and a whore in the bedroom. I never knew the sentiment was reciprocal. Until I met Jax Knight. A gentleman in public, a commanding, dirty talking rogue in the bedroom.
Daughter of legendary fighter βThe Saint,β Lily St. Claire knows firsthand how fighters can be. As the owner of a chain of MMA gyms, sheβs no stranger to aggressive, dominating, and possessive men. Thatβs why sheβs always kept her distance. But the day Jax Knight walks through her door sheβs captivated by his charm. Stunningly handsome, well mannered, Ivy League educated, and confident, he shatters all the preconceived notions sheβd come to think were true about men who trained to fight.
But falling for someone so soon after her breakup wasnβt something sheβd planned on. And definitely not something her ex plans to allow.

Reviewer’s Thoughts
Vi Keeland never fails to deliver. Β Never. Β She creates a hero that is absolutely to die for and a heroine you can’t help but love. Β WORTH FORGIVING has all that and a story that keeps you captivated until the very last page.
Jax Knight is running. Β Running from the family scandal the resulted in him discovering his half brother Vince “The Invisible” Stone (the hero from WOTH THE CHANCE) and from the pressure to be who he father wants him to be instead of who he does. Β When a business opportunity opens in New York, Jax leaves the turmoil in DC behind. Β In New York, he discovers the one person that is going to be his salvation: Β Lily St. Claire.
Lily and her uncle Joe have brought Jax in to help facilitate the buy in of private investors at her gym. Β She’s immediately drawn to Jax, even though she doesn’t have the time or inclination to start anything with him. Β Her plate it too full dealing with her ex boyfriend who just doesn’t get the picture. Β But Lily is about to discover that Jax is the man who can make her feel things and she has to decide if she can take the leap and have her HEA with him.
I loved Jax and Lily. Β They had instant chemistry and it was quite apparent the minute they meet. Β Between the two of them, they are able to help each other understand what a good relationship between two people is. Β They both came into the relationship with some pretty heavy baggage, but they were able to work through that baggage and understand how to work through issues and keep their relationship solid.
This last book in the MMA series doesn’t disappoint. Β I’m sad to see the series end, but so happy Vi Keeland introduced me to these characters.
