Reviewer’s Thoughts
I wish I could give this book more than 5 stars because I thought it was just that good!Β This book tugged at my heartstrings in so many ways and the author did an amazing job of immersing the reader into the story and theΒ characters lives. Forgiving Reed is a story that draws the reader deep into the story as fate and terrible decisions are woven together that pull the main characters apart but then reunite them in such a way that it makes your heart ache for them. I did a lot of crying in this book, keep the tissues close.Β This was a fantastic love story, a story of forgiveness and hope, and I could not put it down.
Reed has changed since he had made one of the biggest mistakes a young man can make, and years later he is willing to make those up to the woman he has always loved but thought he lost forever.Β Β He is willing to do whatever it takes to win Koriβs heart back again.Β He is a changed man and trying to prove to the only woman he has really let into his heart the sheer power of overwhelming love. Kori, whoβs life has been derailed by tragedy is then faced by the man who’s the key to both her unhappiness in the past and her present salvation.Β Kori suffers the ultimate tragedy and has a hard time with facing whatβs happened in her past as well what is in store for her for her future.Β Reed is set on making her life whole again and making up for past discressions.Β The chemistry is still present, but will Kori allow things to progress and can she forgive Reed?
This book had so many different emotional elements in it, it was hard not to feel like you were living within the characters, feeling what they felt and hoping for what could be.Β The writing is vividly descriptive, the story is well written and is filled with a highly engaging and emotional storyline. There is lots of drama and angst and an intimacy and chemistry between the main characters that was extremely tender and completely believable.Β I would highly recommend this book.Β This is a true love story and written from the heart!
