When she agreed to take on a permanent submissive, she never thought doing so would cause pandemonium. The Kincaid brothers, Jack Daniel, Brannon, and Phillip Conner, are the comical clowns of Treasure Cove. Never taking anything seriously, they believe in fun more than hard work. When the oldest brother returns with a letter that could have dire consequences, the brothers decide that a grand adventure might be in order. However, no one counted on a feisty Mistress tagging along. With the help from Celestial, the Kincaid brothers set out to confuse and ensnare those who wish to hurt their family. Reviewer’s Thoughts
The Mistressβs Misfits-The Men of Treasure Cove was a FUN read. I loved the way that the book started and how it took me by surprise.Β The twist and turns left this book and author standing out for me. How Katarina found herself with three brothers and the predicament that she lands in for knowing them was something that was unforgettable as much as the other characters and town of Celestial. Jack, Connor and Brannon with their similarities and differences were complimented by Katarina and her flexibility. The book leaves your imagination running wild yet still guides you back to the plot and the characters. The love and loyalty of the families blood or not is what you want when you live in a town. I love how the towns rally around the Kincaid family and how you can see it, believe and feel that if you were there you would be a part of it as well. The book was fast paced but felt natural and not pushed or forced.Β The dialogue showed rather well how the Kincaid family deals with the predicament that they are in and how they resolved it. It also reflects well on how the Kincaid brothers and Katarina would work well in a mΓ©nage relationship. Rebecca Joyce is great at pulling you into the book, by taking you into the itβs world, making it a fun and exciting experience and leaving you begging for more.
