In the seductive first installment of an eBook original serial from the New York Times bestselling author of Ruined and Addicted, a woman running from her past has finally found a bit of control . . . until her powerful new boss makes her go wild.
My name is Aria Winston. Iβve fought desperately to escape the seedy underbelly of Las Vegas. Now Iβm on my own, in control of my own life and my own destiny . . . just the way I like it. Until Sebastian Caine changes everything.
Working as a cocktail waitress at one of Vegasβs hottest five-star casinos means putting up with a ton of bad behavior from the big spenders. But it pays the billsβand thatβs all that matters to Aria, who needs every last dollar to escape from her fatherβs destructive grasp and the brutal man he expects her to marry. But when she lashes out against a billionaire who wonβt take no for an answer, she nearly loses everythingβuntil Sebastian steps in. The ownerβs son and handpicked successor, Sebastian is dark, sexy, and kinder than any rich man should be. And when he apologizes and offers to keep her job safe, Aria canβt help the way her body reacts to his. Suddenly her job, and the security it brings her, isnβt the only thing Aria wants.
Play Me is an erotic serial intended for mature audiences. Aria and Sebastianβs story continues in Play Me: Hot, Play Me:Β Hard, Play Me:Β Real, Play Me:Β Right.

Reviewer’s Thoughts
3.5 Cocktails
I am actually a huge fan of Tracy Wolff’s books. Β The Play Me Series consists of 5 parts and I will review the entire series. Β This serial is worth reading but I felt it was a bit rushed and missing some details I would have liked on the characters and their backgrounds. Β Supposedly, we will be seeing them in the last Ethan Frost book so I will be picking that one up in hopes of seeing more of the Play Me characters.
Aria Winston is a cocktail waitress in the high roller section at the Atlantis Casino in Las Vegas although she is seemingly well educated and from family money. She gets in a bit of trouble when she stops one of the high rollers from taking advantage of a female customer. Β She ends up getting fired, but the casino is under new management.
Sebastian Caine is taking over running the casino for his father. Sebastian is a typical Alpha male but their is clearly more to his story. Β He was the CFO of one of the largest children’s charities in the world but left to come back to Vegas when his dad’s health deteriorated. Β He wants to clean up his father’s dealings.
When he sees Aria on the security video tape to assess the incident, he is immediately attracted to her. Their attraction only grows across the individual installments but is complicated by their pasts. Β I enjoyed how over the serial, you get little bits and pieces of information that help define who the characters are and why they are having a hard time moving forward. Β I don’t want to ruin the story by saying too much because this is truly a quick serial read across all five pieces.
Everything wrapped up nicely but I have to say I felt it was rushed. Β This story may have been better across two full length novels or even one. Β I hope that we see more of Aria and Sebastian in Ethan Frost’s last book because I feel like their story is not finished!
