A Family Saga with humor, heat and heart–not to mention beer, bourbon and basketball!
Antony Love is the quintessential responsible oldest brother of a boisterous, Italian/Irish family, placed in charge at a young age by his parents who are busy running the family business. He manages his siblings with a fair but iron hand, until his life is shattered by personal tragedy leaving him the shell of the man he once was.
When outspoken matriarch Lindsay Halloran Love becomes ill, the youngest brother Aiden shows up at Antony’s garage, having dropped out of school (again), needing work and a place to crash. Antony provides both, with three caveats: “Don’t smoke in my truck, don’t be late for work, and don’t mess with my girlfriend.”
But Aiden Love, budding novelist, gets one glimpse of Rosalee Norris, young widow of Antony’s lifelong best friend and all bets are off.

Reviewer’s Thoughts
This story is full of family drama as Aiden Love returns home for the first time in years.Β When Aiden left for college, he had big dreams, but now, he returns home disappointed he hasnβt achieved more. Β Β Aidenβs dream is to become a writer, but there isnβt any interest in the book heβs written, so he asks his brother Antony for a job in his garage.Β Aidenβs run out of options and takes the job, even though he hasnβt a clue how to fix a car.
After returning home, Aiden discovers his family is still opinionated and argumentative and his three older brothers, drive him crazy with their combative ways.Β They insist Aiden join them in their Sunday afternoon basketball games, which usually end in a fistfight.Β While trying to adjust to the family dynamics, Aiden has a lot on his mind.Β Heβs worried about his future, heβs also concerned about his momβs health and he finds himself irresistibly attracted to Antonyβs girlfriend, Rosalee.Β Β Aiden tries to keep his feelings for Rosalee hidden.Β He knows heβs already disappointed his family and they would never forgive him if they knew how he felt.
Liz Crowe writes a realistic story about an endearing family with flaws. Β They are strong individuals who speak their mind and feel justified in meddling in each otherβs lives.Β Β They are constantly bickering, but they always have each otherβs backs.Β I like Aiden; heβs aΒ nice guy, who deserves to have some good luck come his way.Β Β LOVE GARAGE is the first book in the Love Brothers series and I canβt wait to read the next one.
