Reviewer’s Thoughts

3.5 Stars

As much as I’ve enjoyed this series and Miller Hart, this final book seemed to drag on. By this point we know what Miller needs to do in order to get his HEA with Olivia. We eventually got the showdown, but only after Miller and Olivia fighting, having sex, having a mini meltdown, having sex, sharing their love for one another, having sex. I realize sex is a big part of their relationship and molded who Miller was, but it felt like that was all they were ever doing without really solving anything.

The epilogue was my favorite part of the book. To get a look at how Olivia and Miller’s family is several years later. It was refreshing and made me smile more than the entire series had. It was nice to see that after everything, these two characters finally got what they deserved.
