Changing Everything is a novella in the Forgiving Lies Novels by Molly McAdams. It was a fast read and really enjoyable. Who doesn’t want two best friends to fall in love? I am a sucker for this storyline and Paisley and Eli didn’t disappoint. Paisley and Eli have been best friends since they were kids and Paisley has been in love with him for as long. Eli is a handsome, successful guy who loves Paisley desperately as his best friend. He uses her to get out of sticky situations with other females (which makes me cringe) but he always puts her first (or at least he thinks he does).
Paisley meets someone else and suddenly realizes she may have a chance at happiness with someone else but she tells Eli the truth first. What happens after is fantastic to read because you get all the feels: heartache, love, longing, anger and sadness. Will Eli realize what he has or will he lose Paisley forever? Pick this one up…it was a quick enjoyable read!
