YOU FLIRT WITH FIRE...
For Aoife Dakar, seeing is believingβ€”and she's seen some extraordinary things. It's too bad no one else believes that she witnessed a supernatural murder at an outdoor fair. Returning to the scene for proof, Aoife encounters a wise-cracking demon dogβ€”and a gloriously naked man who can shift into a dragon and kiss like a god. Now thrust into a fantastical world that's both exhilarating and terrifying, Aoife is about to learn just how hot a dragon's fire burns.
WHEN YOU DATE A DRAGON
Kostya has no time for a human woman with endless questions, no matter how gorgeous or tempting she is. He must break the curse that has splintered the dragon clans before more of his kind die. But his powerful attraction to Aoife runs much deeper than the physicalβ€”and there may be more to her than even his sharp dragon eyes can see. To survive the coming battle for the fate of his race, he needs a mate of true heart and soul . . .

Aoife Dakar was convinced she was insane, she got help, and now she’s out and it turns out she isn’t as crazy as she thought. The world is pretty crazy all around her. Dragons and demons and all kind of things really do exist.

This book has it all, sexy times, humor and a great plot. I haven’t read the other series by Ms. MacAlister that is loosely connected to this series. I’m under the impression after reading this one that others may have met the witty demon dog before, but I haven’t and it didn’t detract from my enjoyment of this book at all.

I loved the story behind the dragons and other mythical creatures and the world that is presented is well fleshed out and one that I hope to visit again.

Kostya is a bit of a chauvinist at first, but then again he’s a pretty old dragon shifter, so women are to be cherished and protected and he really doesn’t want a mate. Of course Aoife just wants him to love her, even if he can’t admit to that dreaded Mate word. I loved the banter and highly recommend this story. It’s a wonderful world that I hope has many more books to come.

Thank you for the review of Dragon Fall. I won a copy from Goodreads in August, but haven’t yet read it. I’ll probably never again win a giveaway as a result, lol. You’ve inspired me to move it up to next in line on my (bulging) TBR shelf, and look into her other books as well. This is a new author for me, and a new sort of Hero in the form of a dragon, which my son is into, oddly enough. πŸ™‚ Thanks again for a concise review with no spoilers!
