Fuck me recklessly
Kiss me harder.
Take me again and again…

He and I met under a cloud of clichΓ©s:
Boy meets girl. Boy charms girl. Boy fucks girl.
Our story was supposed to end right after the orgasms, right after we went our separate ways.

But then we saw each other again…
And neither of us could walk away.

Our rules were simple.
Our passion was scandalous.
Our hearts were supposed to be safe…

But when you find something so all-consumingβ€”something so intoxicating and inescapable, you’ll risk everything you’ve ever had, even if you’re destined to crash and burn.

This is us.
This is our messed up love.
This is turbulence.

Whitney G, I bow to your creative greatness!

The long wait for Turbulence was so worth it. The angst, the sexy hotness, the a-holishness of the hero were all the things I love about a Whitney G book. I didn’t think anyone fictional character could top Andrew from the Reasonable Doubt series, but Jake surpassed him on so many levels, while at the same time showing that little spark of redeemability.

Jake and Gillian had one of those relationships that straddled a very thin line of being toxic or not. But the draw of Jake was the same for me as a reader as it was for Gillian. He frustrated me. If he were a real person, standing in front of me, spouting some of the crap he did, I definitely would have hit him. But there was something about Jake that made you want to believe he could love Gillian. Despite how he acted and what he said. And it was that hope that had me furiously reading hoping that with 2% of the book left Jake was going to be the man I hoped he could be.

I’m so glad Whitney G released this book. It’s one that I will rave about and convince my friends they have to read. This couple will suck you into their whirlwind, you’ll bump along the chopping ride with them and come out on the other side trying to figure out how long you’ll wait before you read this again.
