I’m torn. This book was utterly fantastic (the action, the heartbreak, and hope of these characters…) but I’m sad this journey is over. I have loved following Alice and Finn. I’m going to miss these characters and their literary adventures.
So much happens in this last entry in the series. Β Alice proves why Wonderland crowned her Queen. Β She was the heart and hidden strength of the Collector’s Society when they desperately needed one. Β She was determined to save her new family. Β I think it was then that she realized how much the Van Brundt’s and the rest of the society have come to mean to her and that it was time to let go of Jace and Wonderland.
Finn was heartbreaking through most of the book. Β He was torn over what happened to him while he was in the Piper’s Mountain and worried that he could possibly do something that would harm Alice. Β But he proved why he is the perfect match for Alice. Β He was her equal in strength and fought fearcly for her and to rid themselves of Piper and his minons.
There was so much to this series. Β Characters that were an absolute joy to fall for and a storyline that kept you on the edge of your seat. Β Heather Lyons kept you guessing from one page to the next. Β Even with this last book, you weren’t really sure our dear, beloved Alice and Finn were going to get their HEA. Β For anyone who has ever loved Alice in Wonderland, The Collector’s Society is a must read.

Donβt miss the conclusion of this incredible series!
There were so many awesome villains in this book, but I think it’s the Queen of Hearts that I think would fit perfectly in our world. Β She was quite capable of fitting into the modern world, as we saw several times in this series. Β And I think, she would be devilishly evil and wreck havoc everywhere.
