Blog Tour Review: Sinful Empire by Meghan March

I wasn’t sure how this one was going to work out, considering the way Defiant Queen ended.  But Mount had changed Kiera and she went from wanting to run away from this man and his empire to protecting it.

Kiera’s change of heart toward Mount was exactly what he needed.  We got a glimpse of how his youth was spent and understand why he was the way he was.  But Kiera showed him love.  Proved to him that having someone love him wasn’t a downfall but instead could be the anchor to solidify the man.

Mount changed too.  He found something more important than his business.  He needed that.  He needed to let someone support him and be his hidden strength.  Kiera proved she was strong enough to not only hold him to task, but everyone in his organization.

I liked the ending of the story and I’m glad these two go their HEA.  The level of angst fell off for me in this one, but that didn’t take away from the overall series.
