Every now and then an author creates a secondary character that makes you wonder about who they are what makes them tick. For Natasha Madison, that character is Vivienne. We have seen her since the second of the Something So books (Matthew & Karrie) and she has routinely popped up as part of the extended family.
It was touching to see behind Vivienne’s hard outer shell and start to meet the real woman underneath. Mark’s very alpha personality was the perfect offset for her and I loved watching their “fun” evolve into so much more.
This is Love is a classic Ms Madison read. It’s well written, fun, and at times very emotional. This is Love is very heavily connected to the Something So/This is worlds and features a lot of cross over in the secondary cast. Vivienne and Mark’s story is concurrent with the previous book in the series, but there aren’t any spoilers. While This is Love is technically a stand alone read, I would encourage people just discovering Ms. Madison to at least start at the beginning of the This is series to get a better feel for who Vivienne is and some of the relationships in the secondary cast.
