I was never supposed to see him again. Him being the man wearing the perfectly tailored suit who oozed an intoxicating mixture of wealth, rebellion, and sex appeal.
One night. No strings. No names.Great sex.
Still riding the high from last night, I walk in to meet my new client, and he’s wearing that same dangerous smirk that reeled me in hours ago.
Yes, I’m consulting for Callahan Sharpe. And yes, he’s that Callahan Sharpe.
Billionaire heir apparent who abides by no rules, bucks convention, and is determined to complete one final project to honor his late father’s legacy before walking away from the family business for good. Luckily and unluckily for me, I’ve been tasked to go to the Virgin Islands to help accomplish his goal. Callahan has no problem breaking his company’s no fraternization rule, but not me. There’s too much at stake.
What could possibly go wrong when you’re forced to work—and live—side by side with a man you can’t resist?
Are you ready to fall for the Sharpe brothers in K. Bromberg's sexy, contemporary, billionaire romance series? These books can all be read as standalones, but can be enjoyed as a series as well . . .
Last Resort (Book #1)On One Condition (Book #2)Final Proposal (Book #3)
K. Bromberg brings us the first book in this new series about a set of triplets and their path to their HEA. First up is the youngest of the boys, Callahan Sharpe. He’s the one that bucks the rules and does what he wants, which does not always work so well for the Sharpe empire. He wants to figure out who he is and what he wants to do without having to conform to the rules of business his father wants the boys to follow. When he’s forced to oversee the renovation of a Caribbean resort his father convinced him to allow him to buy, he figures this is his last job for the company before he takes off. Then Sutton happens.
Sutton and Callahan worked well together. They challenged each other most of the time, but they also seemed to work well together as they tried to turn the resort around. They both have baggage that seemed to weigh them down, but when they were in each other’s sphere those all seemed to fall away, making it easy for them to discover the person they want to be…even what they enjoy. They may have found that realization on their own, but being together seemed to be just the push they needed to let go of the bad and become the people they were meant to be.
Last Resort was an enjoyable read with some great banter between the characters. I look forward to more in this series.
